Would YOU sign a deal that would give your partner/spouse EVERYTHING (the kids, assets, money) if you cheated?
Last year Justin Timberlake got into some trouble after he was spotted holding hands with his “Palmer” co-star Aisha Wainwright. While things were reportedly dicey between J.T. and wife Jessica Biel, they have apparently moved on, and reportedly even welcomed a second child a few weeks ago.
Well, now a new report claims Justin took a huge step to prove to Jessica that he will be true to her from now on. Sources tell “OK!” magazine that Justin actually signed a “midterm agreement,” that pretty much gives Jessica everything should he ever cheat.
“If Justin was stupid enough to mess up, he’d make sure Jess had everything and more,” a pal tells the mag, “but he says it’ll never come to that,” adding, “He’s adamant that he never cheated, but this is another good way of reaffirming his commitment toward her.”
But should he cheat, Jessica will reportedly get full custody of their kids and the majority of their assets. “Justin’s 100 percent confident that they’ve come out stronger from the horrible experience he put them through,” the source notes “However, Jess is still calling all the shots for now, and Justin’s fine with that. He knows how lucky he is that she’s still with him.”
